HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT BÄRENJÄGER HONEY BOURBON
BBQ SAUCE
STEP 1
2 cup water // 2 cups ketchup // 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar // 3 garlic cloves // 5 tbsp light brown sugar // 5 tbsp sugar1/2 tbs[ fresh ground black pepper // 1/2 tbsp onion powder // 1/2 tbsp ground mustard // 1 tbsp lemon juice // 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine the above ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour. Let the mixture cool.
STEP 2
2 cups Bärenjäger Honey Bourbon // 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce // 1/4 cup soy sauce // 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
After the mixture has cooled, stir in the above ingredients.
STEP 3
To marinate overnight, place your wings, ribs, or steak in a sealed ziploc bag with the Bärenjäger Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce. For added flavor, coat your meats with the sauce a few minutes before removing them from the grill, or drizzle over your meats before serving.

HONEY BOURBON LEMONADE
2 oz Bärenjäger Honey Bourbon // 3 oz lemonade // lemon wedge
Shake all ingredients over ice, then pour over ice into a tall cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
THE HOPPY BEAR
1 oz Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur // 3 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice// IPA or Double IPA // Grapefruit Juice
Pour Bärenjäger and Grapefruit into your cup. Top with your favorite IPA or double IPA. Stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
BÄRENJÄGER JELLO SHOTS
3/4 cup Bärenjäger Honey Bourbon // 3 tsp unflavored gelatin // 2 cups apple cider // 1 lemon, squeezed //
Bärenjäger Jello Shot Instructions
Combine cider and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Sprinkle with unflavored gelatin and allow it to soak for a minute or two. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until gelatin has dissolved. Strain into a large measuring cup (to eliminate any solids from the lemon juice) and stir in Bärenjäger Honey Bourbon. Pour into 12 shot glasses. Refrigerate for four hours or overnight– so they’re all set for tomorrow’s game day festivities.
